Sample Weekly Training Schedule (subject to change according to seasonal weather conditions):
Day 1: Core Small Apparatus: introducing Indo Board w/cushion &/or roller (modified with BOSU). Fundamentals of alignment/stability, then balance/strength conditioning on apparatus.
Day 2: Slow Burn Yoga: introducing intermediate asana sequences, held for longer durations building stabilizers/challenging balance, focus on breath flow during periods of increased heart rate.
Day 3: Cardio/Strength Intervals: focus on power & agility with plyometrics, kickbox, & barre method.
