Body Dialogue: All Levels

Body Dialogue Yoga is a fusion of Alexander Technique, breath and yoga. It is designed for all experience levels, emphasizing postural alignment, core stabilization, and energy direction for space in your joints, freedom in your spine and a healthy conversation between body and mind! Strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase balance, awareness and focus. Learn techniques for efficient functional movement or to enhance your athletic performance! If you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

Alignment Flow: Intermediate to Advanced

A flowing series of postures, each movement synchronized with the rhythm of breath. An emphasis on grounding principles and integrity of alignment will cultivate powerful asanas and transitions that are free from rigidity or tension. This fluid flow builds strength, flexibility, balance and endurance while detoxifying and relaxing the body and mind. This class is designed for students with basic yoga experience and those with no chronic injuries.

Bala Tula - Yoga Fusion

In sanskrit, Bala Tula means balance and strength. Created by and unique to Wave of Wellness, Bala Tula fuses Yoga, Pilates, Budokon and body weight exercises for a fun and invigorating total body challenge.  If you’re looking for something new to spice up your fitness routine, or even your day off, this cutting-edge class is for you!  

SUP Yoga

Paddle to a fluid destination, surrounded by nature where connection to your universe takes on a whole new meaning. Align your body, mind and spirit with an energetically rich practice, taking balance challenge to the next level-all while maintaining integrity through Body Dialogue principles of breath, core stabilization and energy direction. Like yoga, Pilates focuses on the mind and body connection. This class guides you progressively through controlled core-strengthening, muscle toning and lengthening exercises for all around strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. Combined with conscious breathing and present moment awareness, you’ll feel restored physically, mentally and emotionally.

Stress Relief Yoga: All Levels

Stress fuels the majority of health problems in the western world today. Learn to implement simple techniques for relaxation, anxiety/tension reduction and inner peace through sensation, breath, gentle movement, aromatherapy and meditation.

Animal Yoga

Kids have tons of fun using their imagination to imitate animal postures, movements, and sounds while safely stretching and strengthening! Animal Yoga teaches kids to focus and to bring awareness to their bodies and breath! This class will allow your child to go “wild,” express their energy and move through stuck emotions. Breathing techniques and ending savasana (meditation) will teach them to calm their minds and relax their bodies.

Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs

Yoga for children with special needs benefits children in so many ways, teaching the skills of relaxation and focus in a lighthearted environment. The combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxation will strengthen the child’s nervous system, increase overall health and facilitate the development of body awareness and concentration. By establishing optimal physiological and psychological integrity, Yoga therapy helps children with autism gain new motor, communication and social skills. Conventions and Conferences: We blend in, but you stand out! We blend into your time frame, but you will be remembered for your innovation.

Scheduled Group Activities: On a free day or between meetings, reward your attendees with a fun activity that will allow time for socializing and team building, while inviting them to move after a long day of meetings and workshops.  Choose from the multitude of classes listed below.

Intermission breaks: Attending informational workshops can take its toll on both the body and mind. Offer your attendees a break to re-energize and rejuvenate with breathing techniques, light stretching, or dance. These breaks are specifically designed to address discomfort in the body that arises from prolonged sitting.  Activity can be kept under 10-15 minutes. *Rate considerations apply to meet 1 hr minimum.

Meditation in Motion: A deeply immersive experience using peace meditation to cultivate tranquility from the inside-out, accompanied by the Crystal Bowls Sound Bath. Using the resonant vibrations and pure, harmonic tones of singing bowls to promote profound relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. 


Aqua Fitness: Stay cool while you work out with a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, cardio, and strength training for a fun and total-body workout! Any fitness level can benefit from this fluid, low-impact, and resistance-rich environment.  Many options are given to ensure each individual feels they are in control of their own intensity level, making this a class for every body.


Cardio Kickboxing: New to kickboxing? No sweat!! Come and discover a fun, no-contact, and invigorating cardio workout. Step out of your comfort zone and into the ring for a champion workout guaranteed to inspire and motivate.


Outdoor Fitness: Using your property’s natural outdoor environment with varied terrain and elements to improve physical and mental well-being. Going outside of traditional gym workouts, this program offers benefits such as enhanced mood, vitamin D production, and a stronger connection with nature.


Zumba: A dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance steps. It is a fun and energetic way to get a cardio workout. 


Belly Dance Fitness: A low-impact exercise that improves core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and balance through rhythmic, isolating movements of the torso, hips, and arms. It is a holistic workout that enhances mind-body connection and self-expression, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


BellyCHI: Combines ancient sacred belly dance movements with eastern mudras (hand/arm movements), Chi Gong breathing and movements, and Chakra Alignment through belly dance movements.


Stand Up Paddleboard: SUP Yoga, SUPilates, SUP Floating Meditation: Take your favorite fitness and wellness practices to the board in a nurturing, outdoor studio. Soak up the therapeutic benefits of being surrounded by water, using your paddleboard as a fun balance trainer improving core strength and stabilization.



Children’s Classes: We offer fun and creativity to introduce children to healthy activities that encourage them to move their bodies, while entertaining their young minds.


Kid’s Yoga: Using our imagination we’ll go on a journey across the globe, exploring yoga poses found in nature, like animal movements and sounds!  Start at the farm mooing like a cow then fly like a bird to the jungle and slither like a snake! Swim like a dolphin in the ocean, and finish with a relaxing meditation by floating on the clouds. This class is designed to keep your young one’s attention and give all the benefits of yoga through play.  


Kid’s Zumba: a high-energy, fun-filled dance and fitness program that incorporates kid-friendly choreography, popular music, and engaging games to promote physical activity and healthy habits. The classes focus on easy-to-follow routines that improve children's coordination, creativity, and confidence, while fostering teamwork and cultural awareness in a lively, supportive environment.


Tinkerbellies: Belly dancing designed for littles, including dress up in coin skirts and playing instruments for fun creations of rhythms and movement. 



Dance the World Beats: Various world rhythms with "shakers" (maracas - noise makers) with the movements for each beat (rhythm).  Sessions are adjusted for varying age groups and capabilities.  The purpose is to learn about other cultures, rhythms, and dance while having FUN!


Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP): We specialize in delivering fun and innovative SUP experiences to elevate your special occasions, parties, corporate and convention programs, or seminars through expertly instructed SUP lessons, classes, eco tours, and team building

activities. All necessary gear and safety equipment provided.  SUP is the fastest growing water sport in the world. It’s a great way to get on the water and have fun while increasing balance, coordination, core stability, strength, endurance, and peace of mind. 



Was’SUP?! If you have never paddleboarded before, this is the class for you. Learn the FUNdamentals of SUP and all the safety and paddling tools you need to start spreading the SUP love on your own!


SUParty: Turn your competitive spirit up a notch or two, X-Games style! Fun contests such as Tandem Challenge, Battle of the Paddle, Tug of War, Relays and more are sure to crank out the good times at special events, parties, and team building activities.


Eco Tours: Florida is best explored on the water, and we’ll guide you to the best stand up paddleboard spots!
